I contacted Katrina by phone after getting a recommendation from a friend. I found her very friendly and extremely informative and business like. This was the first time I had ever made a purchase such as this on the phone. The procedure for getting a puppy was thoroughly explained and sensible. I received digital pictures of my puppy too! We had to find a way for delivery and she did. Otherwise, it would've been to far for me to travel. This puppy arrived in great health and immediately acclimated to our home. She is "all lab" puppy. Fun loving and loves to chew! She is a good eater! We took her to the vet for her first exam here. She passed with flying colors and the vet remarked," you've got a good one here!" She loves to play with other dogs, follow scents with her nose, and cuddle with her humans.
