Deposits
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a specific puppy or retired dog.
Once your deposit is received, that puppy or dog is immediately marked as sold and is no longer available to other families. Your deposit guarantees that the pet you have selected will be held exclusively for you until the agreed-upon pickup date.
During this time, we continue to provide daily care, feeding, housing, cleaning, socialization, and any necessary veterinary care. Because we are reserving and caring for your puppy or retired dog while turning away other potential buyers, the deposit is non-refundable.
Please be certain of your decision before placing a deposit. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting our policies.
